Central ePlatform of Services (consumer facing) under NEP: Power Smart Mobile Application for electricity consumers across all DISCOs:
- Power smart apps (Punjab DISCOs) android/iOS with above feature is developed
- Mobile app is deployed for Punjab DISCOs is deployed
- Sindh, KPK, Baluchistan Apps will be deployed by 25-01-2025

- Workflow based approval system with roles and permissions for paperless approvals
- Developed and deployed for MEPCO
- It is being rolled out to rest of all DISCOs as per directive of PM
